There is more positive news for the Mansfield Football Netball Club in 2019 with former Mayor of the Mansfield Shire Council, as Cr. Paul Volkering joins Mansfield Football Netball Club Committee commencing in the 2019 season.

Cr. Paul Volkering has plenty of football experience representing Mansfield as a player. He also coached and played at various clubs in Victoria and NSW. He also spent plenty of time at AFL Level in zone coaching and recruiting for over 25 years with the North Melbourne Kangaroos.

This wealth of football knowledge and experience through the Mansfield Shire will ensure the club has the right expertise as it continues to plan for the future and become an important community hub for the region.

You will see Cr. Volkering at the upcoming practice matches and throughout the season. Go Eagles!
